Getting to know people in your community is important – whether you have just arrived or have lived in the area for years. AAEDC hosts events that welcome people of all ages, with a focus on newcomers and returnees to the area, and individuals looking to network with others. Newcomer and networking events are intended to bring people together for socializing, networking and building connections.
Lunch Meet Ups
Lunch Meet Ups are co-coordinated by AAEDC and the Tietz Entrepreneurial Center. Gather for lunch from noon to 1 p.m. at various locations – watch the AAEDC/Discover Algona Facebook page for details. Come alone or bring a friend! Participants cover the cost of their own meal. No RSVP required.
