Make new connections at an Algona Area Economic Development Corporation (AAEDC) upcoming Newcomers and Networking Lunch Meet Up. The next lunch will be held on Friday, December 12 at noon at Bub’s Pie Shop, 114 N. Thorington Street in Algona.
Lunch events are offered multiple times per year and open to all. Participants pay for the cost of their own lunch. Gather from noon to 1 p.m. for casual conversation and networking – the location varies. All are welcome – come by yourself or bring a co-worker along. The purpose of the event is to make new connections, and either share or learn about events and activities happening in and around Algona.
Newcomer and Networking events hosted by AAEDC are intended to bring people together for socializing, networking and building connections. This group welcomes people of all ages, with a special focus on new residents and returnees to the area.
